Naveen Kumar is a graduate in Law BA.LLB (Hons.) from School of Indian Legal Thought and did his Master’s in Business Studies, (MBA in Marketing and Human Resource) from DC School of Management and Technology. He won the title of Mr. Talentime (Best Manager) for the year 2012 at Cochin University of Science and Technology Management Fest.
His experience covers the Sahara Care House a Marketing Company as the South India Marketing Head / Corporate Trainer for 2 years (2009-11); MAHINDRA Finance as LMV Divisional Head for about 2 years (2012 – 14). He has conducted various training programs for the Executives & Managers of the firm alongside in and around Kerala.
He currently works as the Programme Manager at Additional Skill Acquisition Programme (ASAP), a joint venture of General & Higher Education Departments of Govt. of Kerala for enhancing the employability among the youth. Apart from this managerial role, he trains as the Master Trainer’s Trainer at ASAP’s Training Academy at various centres across Kerala.
In his passion towards training and education he has conducted many Student Surveys, Interviews, Group Discussions, Mass Interactions, Project works for Social Welfare, Serviqual Analysis for the Taj Hotel, and Survey on the quality of Trainings in B-Schools of Kottayam and Pathanamthitta Districts & so on.
He has engaged sessions over 500 training sessions for Professionals, Students, Teachers, Trainers, Businessmen, Executives, Sales Persons, Tele-Callers, Officers, Managers, Police officials, Government Officials of various departments, etc.
He is specialised in training and transformation of individual and organisations and carried forward a vision to ignite human minds to dare and achieve their personal and professional goals in a confident and scientific manner.
He has provided professional consultation for more than a 100 organisations and addressed more than 40000 people in about 500 talks, seminars ,public address and workshops throughout Kerala. As a key note speaker, motivational trainer and lead facilitator, he addresses more than 5000 people each year.
He has studied, researched and spoken for 13 years in the field of marketing, management, training and development, people development, organisational development, student development and psychology. He has produced more than 100 audios and 60 video learning programmes to help people enhance themselves.
He speaks to Govt , Corporate and public audience on the subjects of personal , professional and business development , including senior officials of govt departments and staff of corporate organisations. His igniting talks and transforming workshops on trainers training, goal setting, leadership, success mantras, team building, public speaking, Employee grooming, induction programmes and people development is seen to produce massive and long-term changes.
He works as the Lead facilitator for Trainers Training Academy, Additional skill Acquisition Programme, where he trains the master trainers – training more than 2000 skill trainers in Kerala. He has had successful careers in Sales, operations, marketing, branding, management consulting and training management.
